Where the name comes from
It takes the load off the director and the main crew by shooting, in parallel, everything there is no time or specialist know-how for in a tightly scheduled production day. That ranges from simple landscape, building or detail shots to demanding action and stunt scenes, where seasoned specialists and extra resources make the decisive difference.
In corporate IT it is no different. The operational crew keeps IT running and the business moving. Yet between day-to-day work and competing priorities there is often too little room to start innovations and drive new topics forward consistently.
