02Legacy
Whatever grew over the years once had a good reason. Which of those reasons still hold today is rarely known by any single person.
03Balancing act
The people who know the processes best have the least time. And they are exactly who is needed.
Where you stand
Many companies approach their S/4HANA transformation with mixed feelings. The announced end of support for the old ERP landscape makes the move to S/4HANA unavoidable — and that prospect is enough to put more than a few people on edge. Processes that have evolved over years, individual customisations, tailored applications, and familiar special-purpose solutions all need to be put under the technology microscope.
But that is exactly where the opportunity lies.
Digital companies no longer think in terms of individual applications. They think in end-to-end processes. From strategic planning to production, from the customer to the shop floor. The monolith used to dominate. Today, it is all about how everything works together.
That is why S/4HANA is far more than a system change. It is an opportunity to rethink processes, reduce complexity, and make the business fit for the future.

How we solve it
We take a holistic view of all relevant processes. Our Business Process Master List provides the foundation.
We tap into the collective intelligence of your organisation. As Aristotle already understood: “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
We use Belbin Team Roles, because successful teams thrive on the right mix of strengths, perspectives, and personalities.
We tap into your organisation’s collective knowledge and put every process through its paces for value and future readiness. If it adds no value, it can go.

How it works
The path does not start with the current-state process. It starts with the question of which processes the business will actually need — and who is able to judge that.
All relevant processes go into one shared list. It is the basis on which everything is later evaluated, decided and approved.
Duration: 2 – 4 weeks
The business functions assess every process for value and future readiness. Teams are staffed along Belbin roles so that not everyone brings the same perspective.
Duration: 4 – 8 weeks
Whatever should stay or be newly created is built and approved as a prototype before it enters the target landscape.
Duration: Per process area
OCM and FMEA run alongside: risks and resistance are named while there is still time to do something about them.
Duration: Until go-live
