Your job with us
- Facilitating workshops on defining and reaching company goals, based on the CorInnoHive
GOAL method — our own system for cascading goal alignment across an organisation - Documenting all results from workshops and meetings — precise, compact and immediately usable for decision-makers
- Training on and developing the CorInnoHive
GOAL method: owning the quality, consistency and further development of the framework - Steering CorInnoHive
GOAL teams on client projects — professional leadership, quality assurance and keeping the method intact - Cyclical, cascading reporting to the relevant leadership levels — structured, tailored to the audience and geared towards action
- Formulating goals and measurable results in OKR format, in close coordination with leaders and teams
- Coaching leaders and teams to strengthen ownership, focus and delivery
Your profile
- A confident, natural manner with C-level and other leaders
- Experience with, and enjoyment of, a wide range of communication and personality profiles, and the ability to place them pragmatically
- A sound understanding of business processes, organisational structures and cross-functional collaboration
- A marked ability to summarise extensive material precisely and compactly
- A sure hand with group dynamics and complex team situations
- At least two to three years of professional experience in one or more of the following: Scrum Master, OKR Master, Agile Coach
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented action and a structured way of working
Desirable / an advantage
- Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Experience in organisational change management (OCM)
- Experience in AI-based automation of work processes
