Your job with us
- Developing and delivering change management strategies for transformation projects
- Applying the methods from our systemic OCM handbook at client sites
- Carrying out stakeholder management and impact analyses
- Producing and delivering communication and enablement plans
- Organising and designing workshops and training
- Planning and steering measures for user acceptance and adoption
- Monitoring change KPIs and measuring the success of transformation initiatives, using the Kirkpatrick model or comparable
- Identifying and managing risks, resistance and organisational challenges on the basis of our FMEA
- Working with project management, HR, communications and business functions
- Supporting digital transformations, reorganisations, M&A projects and cultural change
Your profile
Essentials
- A completed degree in business administration, psychology, organisational development, communication studies or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in change management, organisational development or a transformation environment
- Experience accompanying complex transformation and digitalisation projects
- Convincing communication and presentation skills
- Strong consulting and facilitation ability
- Empathy and the ability to win people over to change
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- A strong client focus and a professional manner
- A confident manner with C-level and other leaders
- Experience with, and enjoyment of, a wide range of communication and personality profiles, and the ability to place them pragmatically
- An understanding of business processes, organisational structures and cross-functional collaboration
