Your job with us
- Designing our clients' S/4HANA transformation — from the as-is analysis through the target architecture to the roadmap
- Supporting selection and recommending suitable tools, technologies and service providers for each transformation project
- Steering ERP implementations — owning the schedule, quality and stakeholder communication across all project phases
- Ensuring change management (OCM) — planning and delivering change strategies that secure acceptance and make the transformation last
- Applying and developing our innovation methods CorInnoHive and CorInnoHive
GOAL on your own responsibility, as an experienced practitioner and contributor to those methods
Your profile
- A completed degree in business, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of responsibility in digital transformation, SAP projects, goal-setting methodology and IT strategy development — for example as Chief Digital Officer, Transformation Officer or in an experienced organisational consulting role
- Interdisciplinary end-to-end SAP process experience with a focus on logistics and production
- Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering successful OCM strategies
- A confident manner and solid knowledge of workshop facilitation as well as communication at management level
- Conceptual strength, creative and analytical ability, and solution-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to travel nationally and, depending on the project, internationally
